Just Letter Collaborative Art Project

There's a neat project called Just Letters that is a collaborative refrigerator letters board.

It might be interesting to add presence, chat, side channels, but as a study of group dynamics it's amazingly fascinating. If anything, the only thing I would add would be the number of uses participating.

Also, a God-mode that would allow me to type and pull whatever letters I wanted. in the middle of the board. :)
